Hey Joseph,
Just to let you and everyone else know, Sandy and I are not going anywhere. We will stick with this team through whatever, and however long it takes to find what we looking for. From what I've read here, a lot feel the same way.

I've been part of POAD for almost a year now. More downs than ups. But I will never lose my faith in this TEAM. I'm here to help the TEAM till the end. _________________
It takes me a bit longer than others to gather my equilibrium after my dreams are shattered. If it looks too good to be true it probably is, wins again. No top 15 place in recruiting competition, no massive income, no leaving day job ... just yet. I will bounce back soon and join in the next dream. Nobody here ever said it would be quick, easy or pain free. Where would be the fun in that. _________________

I believe we've got something more substantial than a dream here. The commitment, determination and support are real. The hard work you must have put in to get to that position are real. The help you have given others - even unknowingly - myself included are all real - intangible perhaps, but absolutely real. As a team, we haven't ever encouraged people to join by perpetuating the idea of 'chasing the dream' as other opportunities have.
I too have been with Joseph for almost a year. (Sept.06) and have never waivered!! We have hit MANY obsticles along the way & I'm sure we'll hit many more... That's LIFE.. But I do know ONE thing.... This IS the BEST Administration I have ever known & had the PLEASURE of working with!! I have never given up-NOR will I EVER!!!
ROCK ON!!!

I am a bit disappointed like everyone else but the Traffic Exchange is what attracted me in the first place and i am sure that at some point we will be able to go forward with the business from that, who was it that said "never give up never surrender"? that could be our new moto.
Good Luck to everyone
Thanks so much for being honest and keeping us up to date with what's going on, much appreciated.
Kind Regards
Amanda

Well Im new. I thought for sure this program was on track for definite launch. Wow this has been in prelauch for a year? Couldn't the lawyer have allerted the founders about this 71% at least 6 mos ago??
For what its worth, I've learned never to start up anything during Fall and Winter months..those are dormant cycles, and planting new Ideas during those times will end up being jus that...dormant. Sucess will be rare if ever and very rarely take seed and florish.
Best times for starting up new ideas, businesses, is in early spring Lat FEB - March and April..
Ive seen more prelauches go lymp online in early fall. Some of the owners even try to make the symbolic jesture to start in January, a new year..But THATS IN THE DEAD OF WINTER.
If the founders are listening or reading this, give yourselves and thousands of people a break, and start fresh in March.
I support you but I havent the strength to hang on for another one of these. _________________
You sound as if your experience is quite limited Generay. Many people join during the latter part of the year. Christmas is coming up and many people have overspent during the summer holidays. Look at the members list and you will see the numbers of people who joined POAD (and have stuck with it) in September and October last year.
We have never considered POAD to be in pre-launch in the sense that the term is commonly used now. A mere marketing ploy. I would not have thought that many people would be taken in by that for very long.

I did not say that we've been in prelaunch for a year- I said I had been with POAD & Joseph for almost a year..
Sorry if I confused ya!

...didnt intend to offend your posiitions..Im new to POAD but not so new to internet if you will. Please dont take my outlook literally. Mine is just a minor opinion in the large of the fold of everyone elses. Generally speaking, I still feel that some what i said holds true to a small degree yet most certainly was not meant to personally reflect upon of anyone or anything here ...As for me, as of the present, Its quite ok to carry on to keep putting bread on my table..
No harm intended. Though I still think the lawyer could have brought forth this info long prior to your launch.
best of success to POAD and Members. _________________

Hi Everyone,
I'm fairly new to the program and am a bit disappointed
with what has deveoped but I believe there is something great
going on here. Joseph, our fearless leader, makes us fully aware
of any and all developments, good or bad. This is a plus because
most programs I've been involved with only gave you information
when they felt you needed to know. I have the utmost respect
for all of the administration involved here. I was right in the middle
of completing my missions, and if allowed, I'd like to complete that.
I await the new developments with enthusiasm and great anticipation.
I am with POAD all the way. That which doesn't kill us only makes us
stronger. I hope everyone will KEEP THE FAITH, as I will.
LET'S GO POAD!!!!

Just in reply to eneray,
It is good to be patient. re putting bread on the table. Everyone that I know in POAD are all in different programs besides POAD so they are still making money on them or learning from them.
I am very grateful to be part of this team and I feel priveleged to know Joseph, Thomas, Tate and company. The reason I chose to join POAD was the Integrity that was demonstrated by them. This will always win.
The essence of Integrity is "Keeping your Word" and Joseph has always done that.
This typifies Joseph. Honouring your word is: as it says in my Blog
"Whenever you will not be doing any of the above, saying so, as soon as you realise you won’t be doing it, or won’t be doing it on time, and saying if you will do it, and by when, or saying you won’t be doing it at all."
And he did all that. As soon as he realised that he could NOT keep the agreement he had made with us he informed us, and that act brings him back to being in Integrity!
Congratulations Joseph."You are a man of your word!"
Pity the whole world was not like that. Then we would have discussions and debates instead of fighting and Wars!
Remember this by Edison (On inventing the light bulb):"I have now found 2000 times (I am not exactly sure of the number) how not to build a lightbulb!
I now rest my case.

It's good to hear all the positive feedback on Joseph. Sounds like loyalty is BIG with this team. I finally reached the rank of Major!... and was really hoping to go all the way to the top! I liked the way the fireworks lit up...as each assignment was accomplished. I thought it was a rewarding format to give each poad member an incentive to reach our goals.
So to put things in perspective by expressing a military analogy..the strength of a commander will evaluate the battle field and pull back when necessary, only to regroup and come back on the offensive to hold the higher ground.
So from what I've been hearing about Joseph...sound like we've got a damn! good commander who will come back an lead us to the higher ground!

Hi All,
I would just like to encourage generay to stick with us and just keep going. It will all work out for the good for each and everyone of us.
At the moment I can't get the link to work but I'm sure it is just a little glitsh again.
The thing I most like about this is the team work. The signature of To Thine Self Be True is ok as the living a good and true life but part of that MUST include seeing that thy neighbour is alright also.
you are absolutely right, POAD is unique in trying to take all the members with them - to benefit everyone. That is one of our main strengths, along with loyalty and our sense of humour .
