When the lawyers start looking at things, here's the response I received from TS25 when I asked about the splash page being banned:

So it sounds like a terms of service violation. You could probably work with them to get the ban lifted.
David, that is not what they are telling me. They are saying that from what they can see our matrix is illegal and having it connected to a TE, may bring too much pressure on themselves from the FTC. At this point they are saying that they are just protecting themselves, untill we can prove to be legal.

Anyone who takes a little time to investigate can see that people are not required to do the missions. No one is booted out and no one is scolded for not doing the missions.
Doing the missions will help everyone become a stronger member and will help make a stronger team, for little effort. _________________
