DOing my missions and on traffic g.
How or where do i look to find out how many sites i have surfed please?

there is probably an easier way to do this...
but....
you get a 1:1 exchange (minimum)
... so when you look at your stats (hits received)
and the amount of credits remaining... that should tell you.

To add to what Spawn said, when you login, you will see "Main Stats" at the top of the page. Below that you see:
| Quote: | Site Details Start Surfing For Credits! (Surf Bar Help) Add Site
You currently ____ have unassigned credits ready to assign to your sites
Automatically Assign Credits is ___ |
That number by "unassigned credits" indicates how many sites you have visited.
