START HEREOK a few rules in this area.
1). Please put the name of the Traffic Exchange you want to tell everyone about in the Subject Line.
2). If someone has already posted a Traffic Exchange that you want to tell everyone about, sorry. Its first come first served. Maybe you have another one to post that no one else has posted yet.
3). Please do not post your Traffic Exchange in a catagory regarding another Traffic Exchange. Please just create a new post, following the rules.

5). This section is for advertising POAD.
6). Do not post the following Traffic Exchanges, Traffic Swarm, Traffic Pods, TrafficG, Traffic Roundup, Top Surfer, Hit Safari, I Love Hits, Cash Clicking, Adsvert, Fast Freeway or Hitsense. All of these exchanges are set up for the TEAM to maximize traffic.
