As in any new enterprise success is dependent upon many factors, one of which is startup capital. In this type of venture another being the power of numbers and related to that the ability to keep members in place until the fruits of our efforts are being realized.
In my opinion one good way to help funding and retain members is to offer/require membership payment in advance. At our current $11 a month if 4000 members were in place at launch date that would put $528,000 in place for startup.
I realize a year membership in advance may put a strain on a household budget for some but if your serious about building a business most will find the funds.
