He has 5 to 8 officers managing 5-8 field officers who has 5 to 8 Sergent's
Who has 5-8 corporals
As I see it .. IF you Just look after your 5 -- to eight key people in the team , if we all do the same ,you end up with your 1000 people ... as a general .
Its the power of ONE in team building . Your team .
