Can anyone tell me how to get my signups motivated to complete their missions? I have tried emailing, but most of them are not read. Any suggestions?

I'm not ready to give away any secrets until the recruiting contest is over, but I will give you a tip to reward you for being active here.

The time to get them motivated is NOT after they sign up, it's before. Once they lapse into apathy, which takes minutes for some, you are out of luck. Their email inbox fills up with notices and they delegate them to the filters to take care of.

If these are personal signups and people you know, try talking with them.

If you don't know them and they are not responding to your emails, they may be bots or guaranteed sign-ups, which you will almost always have problems with.
