Hi Team,
I wanted to give you an update on things and what time lines
we have set and what we are going to be doing.
Launch date is August 1
Prelaunch starts June 25 (Monday)
This is all very important for various reasons.
Before I start explaining we all need to be on the same page.
I went down to North Carolina and met with Tate and the programmer
(Cynthia) this week. We went over many things to get this going
and one thing became very clear to us.
I don't think that I have explained very well about how the
matching bonuses will work.
This program is going to be very big in my opinion.
As Tate and I were talking when we met, it amazed us as we
were figuring out numbers. It was so amazing that I even started
questioning myself on the very plan that I came up with and
I started wondering if I had made a mistake with the numbers
somewhere.
After we studied everything for a few hours we arived at what
I had figured all along. The numbers were correct.
But that just shows you the scope of this program.
This is all costing a bunch of money to get this programmed.
It is many thousands of dollars. Tate is footing the bill
for the programmer because we did not have a programmer to get
this thing going.
Therefore I am going to put Tate somewhere in the top of our
matrix. He has to be able to recover this cost somehow. It is just
way over and above what I would expect anyone to put into our
program.
He has told me that as long as he has a programmer, poad will have one.
He is 100% behind our program.
Tate has been doing marketing for over 20 years and has a lot of
experience. He has over 20 websites and many are ranked #1 in
search engines.
Which reminds me.
For those of you that are tight on money and are worried about paying
for the poad program you should pm Tate. He will pay you to do
some work for him on the internet so you can pay for poad.
Now
Everyone needs to understand how the payplan works.
Pay close attention.
We are building 1 team downline evenly.
Each position whether it is a main position or an extra position
will have its first earnings deducted to pay them into the other
4 programs.
After each position earned enough to pay its way into Thomas'
program and Tate's first program you will automatically
signed up into them and you will be paid for. You will see all
of this in your back office of the Poad traffic exchange.
After that each position will work on earning enough for the
other 2 programs.
This gets positions into the first 2 programs faster so you can
start earning there quicker.
We will load the traffic exchange by free matrix ID# with the exception of a few people that were accidently deleted in last load. They had to resign up and get a new number but will have their old number next to
their first name.
Once you have paid you will be able to start surfing.
You can surf 3 sites each day. Read them, rate them, and answer a question about them correctly.
When you do finish the 3 sites you will earn an extra position
in the next available spot in the team downline.
These extra positions are no different than any other position
other than the fact that you don't have to surf for them.
You only surf for main positions (Positions you started with)
So each position starts a downline just like any other position.
As you surf each day, you automatically create extra positions.
That means over the course of a year you can have 365 positions.
That would be 365 downlines that you can earn with. (not just 1)
Now you see why it is important to surf everyday.
And now you see why our program is gonna be big. You don't have
to recruit to make money in our program. But if you do recruit
you are going to make money much much faster. Even if you only recruit
1 person.
If you don't understand this so far, please read it again until you do
because it is the very basics of this program.
Now, the matching referral bonus.
This is absolutely amazing how you can earn with this.
The matching referral bonus does not go toward earnings to pay for
the other 4 programs. Its all yours.
Lets say John recruits Jane.
Jane surfs everyday for one year.
That means Jane has created 365 positions just like we were talking
about above.
John is the referrer for all of Jane's positions and will earn on 365
downlines that Jane created by surfing.
Now if John surfed everyday himself, he also has 365 positions.
So if John recruited 1 person and they both surfed everyday for a year
John would be earning on 732 downlines.(Includes both of their original positions).
Can you imagine if you recruited 10 people?
Do not look at what a full matrix pays.
That is the hook.
It will still take you a few years to fill a matrix.
The key is all of the positions you will have from surfing and
recruiting.
The amount that can be made over time is staggering because of not
just the traffic exchange but also the other 4 programs.
Remember that all positions will be going into those programs.
It is just about impossible to figure out what you could make
and a time frame.
Within the first month all of you will see this matrix moving
and you will see how you will succeed if you keep your payments
up and keep surfing and recruiting.
Many of you have recruits right now.
You will be the referrer of those positions in the traffic exchange
providing that they join and pay.
We will start a prelaunch on Monday.
Anyone you recruit, you will be the referrer when we load.
That page will all get reset monday to start the contest.
The columns are Poad ID#, Name, Number recruited, And Number recruited
with rank 9 or higher.
They are simple to understand with the exception of maybe the last column. That column represents how many of the people you have
recruited have completed mission 9 or 10.
That is what our contest will be on.( not on total recruited)
So when you recruit someone, you want to get them doing missions.
To update that page just refresh it.
Now
You will notice Poad ID# 0 and 1
Those are default positions. People that signed up without
clicking on an affiliate link.
There are 290 of them.
All of them except 1 (which is me) will be given away in the contest
and you can win them as personal recruits so you can get matching
bonuses on them.
They will be split up so that 10 or 15 can win some.
I will post the amounts to win before monday.
The top recruiter will win about 50 of them.
You can see how beneficial this will be.
Obviously some of those positions that have default referrers
will be higher up in the matrix than others will.
They will be given up randomly because I am not about to go
looking for that many positions and figuring out where they will be
in the matrix.
All of you need to get a safepay account funded or an alertpay
account funded now so you do not have any problems when we launch
Aug 1. No excuses.
The contest starts Monday. If you have friends or relatives that
you will try to sign up, make sure when they get to the signup
form that you show as the sponsor.
I don't want people emailing me saying they recruited someone
and they are not under them.
If you give someone a link to join, have them delete their cookies first to make sure you show as the sponsor.
We all can advertise our free matrix affiliate links.
The prelaunch site will be ready to go on Monday.
I have much more to tell you but I will put out another update
in the next couple days.
I also think we can solve the problem of new members that join
after the levels are to wide and they would wait way to long
to earn. I will explain that in the next update.

Hi Joseph, That is great to see. Can't wait to get things going on Monday.
Just one thing I wish to get straight.
When I promote my Flashpage and a person joins, will I still get an email from you telling me to encourage the person to return my email or be deleted? Or will the person be required to do all the missions first and when they have done the 9 th mission, will I be notified to ensure that they respond to my emails?
I am sorry if you may have mentioned this before and I missed it! I did not see anything in the forum.

Phil I think if we get a sign up we are supposed to jump on them and get them to complete their missions as quickly as possible.
Your goal is to get more personal sign ups that rise to the level of 5 star general or world leader. Joe said it doesn't matter how many sign ups we have, just how many complete their missions.
If you sign up 100 people and don't teach them to do their missions, you have no chance of winning anything in the contest. If you sign up 2 and both of them do their missions through level 9 or 10 , you will probably be in the running for a prize.
Just the way I understand things at this point.

Everything as far as signing up people will be the way it has been
all along. If you get an email now, you will also get one after prelaunch
starts and the contest starts. We are recruiting to the free matrix just like
we always have.

Hi, great to hear that we are on the move. Just a question, is safepay and alertpay the only payment options? I have a PayPal account that I have had for 10 years and am very comfortable with them. Is this possible?

Hi Michael, no Joseph cannot accept paypal. Paypal has refused to accept programs with matrices. Joseph will also be accepting money orders (and you can pay several months in advance if you choose) and will post the address prior to launch. _________________

I am looking forward to our new program. My question is will we be starting our surf of 3 sites in the pre-launch or at the August launch?
I also would like to see Paypal as an payment option.
