it is your responsibility to check the forum under
"latest updates" to stay up to date. All updates will
also be placed there.
This will take the place of mission #5 now.
If you already did mission #5 then do not make any changes to your missions, just leave it as it is.
Some traffic exchanges have banned us apparently.
They believe we are doing something illegal or running
a pyramid scheme.
I am looking into hiring an attorney before we can launch
to get stuff like this settled.
If an attorney tells us we need to change things then we will do that.
If not then we will launch.
I nor anyone else wants to be involved in anything illegal.
So the smart business decision is to get all of this talk settled
now before any of you pay anything.
I will not launch anything until I know that it is legal to do so.
I have been burned in many programs before just like most of
you have and we do not want to start out on the wrong foot here.
We want something that will last.
Hopefully it won't take long but to be honest with you
I really have no idea how long it will take.
But make no mistake, I am not going anywhere and whatever
they think needs changed, we will do so.
However I am sure you would all agree that we should have our eggs
in line and not take any chances.
As soon as I find out more I will update everyone.
This is not any bad news or anything.
This is being smart so that you and others do not need to worry
about being scammed or taken advantage of with our program.
And also put to an end the rumors that are starting to build up. _________________

Come November you may have the services of free legal. It just so happens I go and take the California bar this coming Tuesday (July 24, 25, 26th).
Doesn't help now because I won't get results until November but I agree about the attorney. Better to be safe than sorry. _________________

This TEAM is really awesome! It is blessed with a great founder and leaders. I personally salute you... Joseph for building this team to reach greater heights and become a great success!
I do agree regarding the legal matter. It's one thing that we really need... a legal counsel.
Personally, all I can say is that this team will surely achieve its goals and I want to be part of it! The fact that critics just suddenly show up and talk of negative things about POAD is one clear evidence that this team is going to make it big. Business is competition, and the more we hear people try to pull us down, the more it shows that we are making an impact in their business and that our existence is affecting them. They are afraid for our team to rise and claim the number one spot!
Thus, my suggestions to everyone, just ignore those rumors. Don't tolerate it and focus on building our team. Let us turn the negative things that are thrown unto us into a positive one and TOGETHER I firmly and strongly believe that WE CAN DO IT!
Let us work harder and harder each day. I'll see you all at the top!

as announced at the NetMarketingForum:
The 3 Logiscape exchanges
(TS25, Hitpulse, TrafficPods)
Hit2Hit
Advertising Know How
Dragon Surf
traffic-splash
traffic punk
There are others I suspect but they have not
formally announced at that forum.
I lke POAD and what it stands for.
The fact that we are raising a few eyebrows
is evidence that we are a force to be reckoned with.

So far Trafficpods and TS25 (only 2 of the logiscape exchanges that I surf right now) has not banned our splash pages. Mine are still in rotation. So I guess they're just banning our main affiliate link?? Could it be they are afraid they may lose some surfers to us? Afraid of the competition? _________________ To Our Success...

It has full support with WinXP and Windows Vista - both with IE and Firefox.
As for earlier versions of Windows - it also usually works with Firefox, but we cannot give full support.
Officially we do not support other systems, but that doesn't mean our toolbar wouldn't work with them, especially with Firefox, since it is an external application.

Our toolbar functions on Macintosh systems (with Firefox) except for the radio, which requires Windows Media Player which Macintosh does not have.
We intend on releasing a fully compatible Mac version sometime in the future.

They CLAIM we're a Pyramid Scheme and ban us because
THEY didn't have the Genius to think of it themselves.
They know darn well that we're going to blow away ALL of
the other Traffic Exchanges, so they're just grasping for any
excuse they can think of to stop us from taking ALL their
business AND their members.
Lets face it, we're going to take many customers away from
a LOT of different advertising venues. . . not just the Traffic
Exchanges.
Where else will everyone go that actually WANTS their site

I tried adding a splash page on my own server to TS25, and it was banned immediately. I had "poad" in the name of the file, so they might have a simple filter in for that, or maybe they're actually looking at the outgoing links on the splash page itself.
Either way, new POAD splash pages aren't being added. Count yourself lucky that yours are still active!
