Hi Team,

Just so we all know, we have doubled our
team size in a week.

And have a whole month left until launch.

We are on a roll!

But I want everyone to understand that you need
to get your downlines involved if they are not yet.

The same goes for new recruits.

We have to get new people involved and help them
along. This is all new to them.

Imagine how fast this will grow if you get them understanding.

A few things I need to point out to everyone including
all new members.

You do not pay anything until we launch August 1.

We are recruiting now so that the team is bigger when we launch
which means we can add way more positions each day when
we surf on our own exchange. Every new member benefits
everyone here.

Also

As I have been surfing I am seeing Poad sites everywhere.

I always look to see who's they are.

There are a couple of you advertising the wrong link
and you are not getting credit for signups.

You should be advertising your affiliate link that is
found in your back office under "welcome back"

It will look like this

replace the xxxxx's with your id#

Also,

When you do your missions, make sure you are clicking
on the "Click Here for Getting Started" in red letters
in your back office under your affiliate link.

That is the directions for each mission.

Everyone will be able to join our traffic exchange no matter
what mission you are on as long as you pay the $11 fee
when we launch.

The missions are to get you going on recruiting because
just recruiting one person will help you earn faster.

This is very easy to recruit for.

The key is advertising every day regardless of how much
you do everyday. Just do something.

Recruiting will not just happen for you. You have to work
at it.

Once we launch and everyone is surfing and earning extra
positions you will all see within that first month how
this all works and how you will earn.

Then you will be telling everyone you know if you are not already.

Just so you have an idea of what I mean......

Last I looked the team size was 1675

If we were to launch right now and everyone paid, and surfed
everyday we would be adding 1675 positions to the team
downline every single day.

That benefits everyone because we fill the downline evenly
level by level.

So as you can see, the bigger the team size, the faster it gows!

If you are recruiting people your earnings will grow even faster
because you will be getting matching bonuses on the people's downline
that you recruit. And you will get a matching bonus on the downlines
of the extra positions they get when they surf each day.

We are also working on a way where after we launch we can
create a totally new team within our team.

This team would be on our team but a separate unti so to speak.

Kind of like a brigade in our poad army.

They would be doing exactly what we are doing now and building
a team downline of their own but it will start within ours.

They will be building part of our team downline while building their own. Plus they would not be stuck on a wide level of ours after
we are adding many positions each day. They would have an opportunity
just like we have right now.

We are still looking into this to see if it is possible.

But if it is it will be awesome because we would have a program
that would never top out so to speak.

If it seems that we can do it I will be needing a team leader
to handle things for that team. They will have a recruiting
limit to hit before they can begin a downline. Then we will
start another team and so on.

We will all be able to recruit to those teams and get matching bonuses
just like now.

But I will know more about it later.

Right now just keep on doing what you are doing.

We are doing great.

Don't forget to get your downlines involved.

That is very important.

Get into the chat room when you get time and meet team mates.

Brilliant work Joseph and team POAD.

Thank you for letting us know they do not need to reach mission 9/10 to get into traffic exchange. I have a few working their way towards those. I love the fireworks with the completed missions so am taking my time with my second position.

No Len, each day that you surf, you receive one free position in the matrix. You only pay $11 monthly on your main position
