Hi everyone

Got a message from Traffic Pods today that they have taken my POAD ad off their exchange because 'it went against the rules of their exchange'. I have been running it since I joined three weeks ago. I had 40,000 points which they have returned. They say I am to click a button to say I have understood their message, which I have not done, I have written to them asking them what they mean when they say that our URL offends their rules. Anyone else had a problem.?? What are we going to do about it as World Leaders?? I have used Traffic Pods for ages and am really annoyed that I am surfing my butt off and paying them and then they decide to just cancel an ad (do we think because it is too successful??)

Well, my guess is they didnt like your houndreds and thousands of new referrals flooding their systems when they instead should shout and cheer about all new members they got.

The problem is, what do you now do with the mission including Traffic Pod??

Hi All

I've just checked my TP account and they have removed my POAD site without notifying me, i have sent them a trouble ticket requesting an explanation of why they have done this as i know i did everything correctly, i used their site for about 1year now and it's a bit of a cheek to remove something without a valid reason. Don't you think!
Regards
Amanda

Just skip the mission for pods till we can get the mission changed. Just enter deleted for your username and deleted for the number of points you earned

Perhaps they were a bit leary of your downline growing to thousands in such a short time.

This problem could have been alleviated if the traffic referral codes had changed with each POAD signup. Instead of You getting every referral, it would have been more fair to let our signups register at the various traffic sites with OUR traffic referral numbers.

I gave this alot of thought. We are busting ass trying to get signups, but all our work is building up YOUR traffic and earnings at the traffic sites because your referral number stays the same for all the missions...even on our downline's mission pages.
I gotta hand it to you! It was clever how we all lined up like sheep for you. But I can't help, but feel tricked and used.

Actually if you already have an account with those TE's, you were just supposed to add your POAD url and surf 100 sites. Then apply those credits to POAD. That link is for people that don't have an account with those TE's already.

HUH? All of the credits gained are used for POAD.

And no they did not all go to my account. I was paying $20 a month for an upgraded account and used my credits for my account, the teams credits were going to the admin 1 account.

I didn't realize that the credits were in an admin account. But how many here did?

I dont think it was ever posted about where the credits were going. I think most people just know i will try to do the right thing where POAD is involved.

Traffic Pods cancelled my POAD campaigns and returned my credits. I started a new campaign using the flashywebdezigns splash page and so
far thay have not touched it.

Hope this helps.

Try it, maybe it will work for you too.

Brave was just trying to promote POAD and build our team Dane . I know that after being here over a year . You would not question his motives if you knew him like I do .

I have written twice to Trafficpods using their 'ticket' system the first time and then replying immediately to their request for information. In all I have been waiting since 18th July for an adequate response. For such a good traffic exchange I'm disappointed by such shabby treatment.

Hi,

I now have to correct the post immediately above this one. I have now received a reply to my query. I promised to let people know when I received a response and so I copy it here:

Power Of A Dollar (POAD) violates several of our terms...

They do not allow anyone to advertise Traffic pods there, everyone who is not a member of pods must join through their Traffic Pods referral account.

This breaches
2.1 VOLUNTARY ENROLMENT

As a member you acknowledge that you are signing up voluntarily under your own free will and under no circumstances were you persuaded to sign up under any false pretences.

POAD coherses people to signup at traffic exchanges even if they already have an account, I quote
`If you are already a member of a traffic exchange that is listed, then you should create a seperate account under the POAD link. Just use the name of a family member and a seperate email address if necessary. The point being that if you are earning credit on an account that is sponsered under the POAD link, then the POAD account is receiving lots of EXTRA CREDIT. All bonus credit attained from downline % will be reinvested into the TEAM...`

3.3 ENROLLING OTHER MEMBERS IS PROHIBITED

Members are not under any circumstances allowed to sign up other members. Members can refer other individuals to the website and help them through the sign up process, however the individual must complete the signup process by him/herself, including the reading and agreeing to the Membership Agreement. Furthermore, no member shall create false accounts simply for the benefit of referral rewards or to create a manufactured downline. Any member found to be engaged in such activity will have their membership revoked and will lose all credits and/or money in all accounts created.

*** POAD will not be allowed on our exchanges.***

Ted P.
Logiscape Support Services

As far as I am aware no-one has ever been compelled to join anything. As it happens, I joined Trafficpods using the POAD team link because it was the only TE suggested that I hadn't already joined. If it hadn't been for my POAD membership I wouldn't have joined them, so POAD has benefited them by encouraging membership.

I've never tried to join any exchange fraudulently. This response made me wonder how they stand in blanket banning people because of assumptions they (Trafficpods admin.) have made about our integrity because of our membership of POAD. This is outrageous unless they can find a way to judge all their members in the same way.

Thank you for posting that, Jane.

A lot of work by a lot of people has been mostly wasted by their misunderstanding of our methods.

No one here ever coerced me into doing anything.

Perhaps they should have communicated with Joseph, or Bravegoat, or even joined our forum and did a little more research before they banned thousands of potential customers.

I believe the problem lies in the heirachy of the missions as they stood before.

Members were rewarded with promotions after completing the missions, the reward is what coerced members to complete the missions.

After all, who wants to be a Private when you can be a World Leader?

A reward for joining Traffic Pods when the Traffic Pods Admin had no prior knowledge, and gave no endorsement is a breach of their TOS.

Strangely enough, I've never been bothered much by the promotions. I do the activity on TEs etc because it seems to be the only route to promoting awareness. Having surfed the number of sites suggested in the back office, I continued to surf Trafficpods so that I was regularly high up in the ratings at the end of the period. It seems to me that if Trafficpods had thoroughly assessed the situation, then they would have seen that many people advertising POAD were doing the same.

regards,

Jane

What happens if PAOD fails,
I know its not a question members want to hear.

The admin end up with a huge referral base and tthe members end up with none.

Why not allow members, if they are already members of a traffic exchange to advertise their ref link in the forum.
It then enables the member to advertise their POAD link more if they get referrals.
This is even more important now given the current status of POAD with the removal of the matrix.
I believe it was a breach of TOS, but I believe the problem has now been corrected.

My POAD site is still active and rotating in I Love Hits. I have been a pro member of ILH for along time. I wonder if they are just not allowing new ads. Rolling Eyes
